Reader is open software provided for personal and commercial use without hidden fees, subscriptions, or dark patterns. You own your reading material, and you are free to inspect or compile the source code.

By downloading, installing, running, or using Reader on iOS, iPadOS, or macOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

3. User Content & Book Ownership
Reader is a viewer and typesetting utility for digital documents. You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over all files, texts, books (EPUB, MOBI, FB2, Markdown, TXT), and annotations imported into the application. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you hold the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to read or store any copyrighted material you import.
4. WiFi Transfer Feature
The local WiFi file transfer feature operates on your local network. You agree to use this feature responsibly and only transfer files to devices and networks that you own or are authorized to access.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
